
Senior Consultant or Manager - Tax and Finance Transformation

- Assess finance and tax functions, identify opportunities for improvement, and design target operating models to drive transformative change.
- Guide and support teams in data gathering and analysis, conducting interviews and process walkthroughs to map current-state operations.
- Analyse, optimise, and redesign finance and tax processes, including technology integration and operating model transformation.
- Collaborate with broader teams to implement relevant technology and AI-driven tools, applying data and AI expertise to both client and EY projects.
- Deliver exceptional project outcomes and stakeholder management throughout transformation projects, packaging findings into high-quality, concise work products.
- A finance related degree or qualifications (such as CA, CPA, CFA)
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services with a specialisation in Finance or Tax
- An interest in transformation, Data and AI
- Experience in leading and implementing change
- A mindset of continuous improvement, with excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
- Capability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Decisive, sound judgment and strong ability to present arguments in written and verbal form
- Ability to form strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in distilling business practices and articulating complex Finance and Tax processes with accuracy and clarity
- Accounting, consolidation and reporting tools
