- Certificate III OR IV in Business Administration, Office Management
- Formal training or certification in ERP systems (e.g. JDEGS, SAP, Oracle)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or executive assistant role
- Experience managing front-of-house operations and creating a high-quality visitor experience
- Comfortable with technology and confident learning new systems and tools (e.g. ERP systems, visitor kiosks, room booking tools, automation platforms)
