About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Agri Finance Assistant with a sharp eye for risk, a strategic mindset, and a strong background in credit assessment, ideally within agri and commercial finance. If you’re confident in dissecting complex financials, producing high-quality lender submissions, and working closely with brokers and lenders, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesThe Agri Finance Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Agri & Commercial Relationship Manager in the provision of brokerage services to assist clients with their agri and commercial finance requirements. The role is also directly involved in cross referrals and directly servicing client’s deposit requirements.About you
  • Understanding and prior experience in agri & commercial finance products and industry
  • Ability to work well with the Elders network, diverse teams, roles and levels of management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong skills in writing credit proposals and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
  • Accreditation with Elders Savings and Deposits Partner
