- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Report directly to the National Business Development Manager
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company values
- Manage expenses responsibly and ensure stakeholder safety
- Use and maintain company sales tools and materials effectively
- Support a positive team culture and promote cross-departmental synergy
- Proven background in sales, ideally within the weighing or engineering industries
- Strong technical knowledge to confidently propose tailored solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
- Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience
- Team player with the ability to work independently
