Ready to bring your best?How you will make contributions that matter:Join our team at the Leongatha site as a Stores & Inventory Management Officer, where you’ll play a key role in supporting maintenance reliability and operational efficiency through effective inventory and procurement management.This hands-on role involves managing tools, parts and consumables, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working closely with maintenance and supply chain teams to keep our Leongatha site running smoothly.Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and issue inventory including tools, mechanical and electrical parts
Maintain accurate stock levels and records using SAP and CMMS systems
Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts to achieve a high level of inventory accuracy
Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Support maintenance teams with parts availability for planned and reactive work
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (Forklift licence required for the role)
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store layout aligned with industry principles
Bring suggestions and ideas to help improve store processes and drive operational change

About you:

Experience in stores, warehousing, or inventory control
Experience and knowledge of industrial or manufacturing settings will be highly regarded
Understanding of mechanical/electrical parts and vendor relationships
Forklift licence (mandatory)
Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory/CMMS systems
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and safety mindset
IT literacy and ability to work independently
A proactive approach with a drive to improve systems and support the team
