Trainee Drillers and RC Drillers - FIFOImmediate StartVM Drilling are a Western Australian Drilling Contractor providing Drilling Services to Resource and Mining Companies within the Goldfields Region and throughout Western Australia.With multiple long term jobs secured, VM Drilling are currently seeking Trainee Drillers and RC Drillers with a strong work ethic, team leadership and an exceptional understanding of delivering safe work practices to join our growing team.

You must be a self starter and have the ability to work autonomously, as well as be able to motivate, direct and lead your crew.Trainee RC Drillers are strongly encouraged to apply.The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package, 2:1 Rosters.Requirements for this role Include:

Valid HR-B (minimum) Driver's License (essential)
Able to provide a compliant National Police Clearance
Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol Screen
Atlas Copco - EPIROC L8 and/or D65 experience (preferable, but not essential)

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Mobilise and set up drilling operations
Drilling across various sites
Operate various rigs
Carry out minor maintenance and repairs
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Work in a safe environment at all times
Work in remote locations
Maintain good communication with the client and head office
