We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in plastics packaging or related industries (food, beverage, healthcare, FMCG, etc.) to join a dynamic, rapidly growing business. This role will report directly through to the Managing Director.What You’ll Do:

Drive sales growth by winning new business and expanding existing accounts
Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
Deliver high-quality proposals and presentations
Contribute to forecasting and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, preferably in plastics packaging (more specifically Thermoform) industry is a major plus
Strong commercial sense, including pricing, profit margins, and market knowledge
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and adaptable
Driver’s licence required
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (NetSuite preferred)
