COMMERCIAL LAWYER | Permanent | Cairns – Provide a personalised and dedicated legal service to a variety of corporate clients. Proactive and adaptable, you will prioritise meeting your clients’ needs, fully run your own files and confidentially solve problems as they arise. This role is suited to an energetic and innovative individual with experience in contract drafting, review and negotiations.
SOLICITOR | Permanent | South Cairns – Working alongside two Partners, your position will involve significant autonomy, with expertise in either property law, agribusiness, or wills and estate administration. A key emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance ensures that your role will be both engaging and fulfilling.
COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL POLICY OFFICER | Temporary | Cairns – Provide legal and compliance advice in line with relevant legislative framework, as well as strategic and operational policy advice to the Executive Management team. You will lead projects to strengthen governance and workforce development capabilities and coordinate and undertake extensive policy development and research activities.

Your Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in these roles, you will require:

Degree qualification in Law;
3+ years of PAE, highly desirable;
Advanced negotiation and communications skills;
A strong client focus and commitment to client service;
Professional development, diversity, and flexibility;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
The ability to form strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
