  • Lead the building, management and maintenance of hospital integration solutions
  • Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions, including patterns, schemas and storage solutions in accordance with the integration architecture strategy
Oversee the design and implementation of data solutions, including data models, patterns, schemas and storage solutions in accordance with the data architecture strategy * Participate in the development and continuous improvement of data and integration architecture strategies
  • Managing all vendor relationships, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements
  • Proactively manage update releases, test environments, and identify any maintenance or upgrade needs of systems and applications
  • Work with Clinic Leaders and other key stakeholders to support and drive the uptake of IT solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while adhering to company standards on service requests, incident, problem and change management
  • Working in conjunction with infrastructure and operations teams to proactively design, monitor, respond to and automate recovery from errors and events
  • Be part of a rotating on-call roster, providing 24/7 coverage in case of critical incidents
What you've done
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar related field
  • 3+ years in healthcare IT, with a focus on integrations and/or data management
  • Proficiency in HL7 and DICOM standards and protocols
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including modelling, ETL and data quality
  • Experience with RIS and PACS applications.
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration skills
