- Develop and implement a regional business plan in conjunction with regional manager and in line with the overall Global PowerShield strategy.
- Retain existing customers through ensuring excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the agreed customer scorecard.
- Win new business through a targeted strategy to new and existing customers, with the sales process of prospect, qualify, write proposals and secure or decline if necessary.
- Increase revenue from resellers through building strong partnerships to promote the PowerShield brand to end users and training and supporting the resellers in this.
- Manage the implementation process from proposal through to final stages of install, keeping the customer informed of status at all times.
- Complete the documentation of the sale including all purchase orders, system forms, and following up overdue invoices.
