Access theYour new role:As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive therapy services within the hospital's occupational therapy department. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting detailed clinical assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and assisting with discharge planning within an interprofessional context.
  • Managing your own caseload while applying evidence-based practices under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participating in clinical education by supervising students and allied health assistants.
  • Contributing to quality improvement, research activities, and the development of clinical protocols.
