- Manage mail, banking, and payments of Accounts.
- Handle scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare and analyze Macquarie statements for monthly client reports.
- Oversee terms deposits, including updates to worksorted and Xplan.
- Support monthly write-offs for the WA division when required.
- Maintain client database and handle change of details in Xplan and with third-party investment providers.
- Prepare reports for advisors and clients as requested.
- Record time and costs / generate invoices as required.
- Compile and review bulk transacting spreadsheets before payment authorization by Directors.
- Update and maintain Administration portfolio guides.
- Assist with the implementation of review advice.
- Perform routine problem-solving and triage of queries.
- Perform any additional tasks of comparable complexity and responsibility as needed.
- Positive and team orientated.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ) Skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, showcasing flexibility and initiative.
- Experience using Xplan/Iress desirable.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field of study or demonstrate relevant experience in the field.
