- Assisting our residents with general inquiries
- Ensure the reception area is always clean and well presented
- Assist with the upload of documents and information for the residents
- Assist with administrative tasks including documentation management and responding to queries over the phone or via email
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work casually across Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts
- Experience assisting a unique and diverse range of customers
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
