You'll bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Project Controls services across major infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, renewables, and ideally water.
  • Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
  • Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 17 years' relevant industry experience, ideally including major water sector projects.
  • Full working rights in Australia and currently residing locally.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, and roads.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing future talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of growth opportunities in the local market.
  • Skilled in producing resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, and parametric cost models.
