The Manager of Community Nursing Services reports directly to the Divisional Director and is responsible for overseeing the community nursing service, including district and community health nursing.This role is responsible for the operational, clinical, and strategic oversight of the Community Nursing service, ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and alignment with health policy and funding requirements. Key responsibilities include administration and reporting, workforce and quality management, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and promoting WDHS’s values and strategic goals within the community.What you will bring
Bachelor of Nursing (essential)
Post - Grad Qualification (desirable)
5 Years experience
