From the time contracts are signed through to handover, you’ll manage timelines to ensure each home is delivered efficiently and on schedule. You’ll work closely with supervisors, estimators, and suppliers to help projects run smoothly from start to finish.The Role:
Create and maintain detailed build schedules
Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
Oversee timelines across multiple homes at various stages
Update schedules to reflect delays, changes, or variations
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the process
What You’ll Need:
Experience in a residential construction scheduling role
Strong understanding of the home building process
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
