- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting
- 5+ years of business development experience, ideally in legal, conveyancing, property, or financial markets
- Strong ability to self-generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Strategic, commercial thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and passionate about delivering best-in-class client outcomes
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
