DTMI is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our Demerits and Sanctions branch as the Demerit Sanction Management Team Leader.As Team Leader, you’ll manage a dedicated team responsible for the administration of WA’s demerit point regime and court outcome processing. You’ll provide strategic leadership, drive service excellence, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with governing legislation.In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support the Demerit Sanction Management team to ensure the effective administration of Western Australia’s demerit point regime and related court outcomes. You’ll oversee the processing of disqualifications, licence suspensions, and the timely issuance of demerit notices, while managing service delivery agents to maintain high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will also include developing policies, procedures, and project documentation to support operational efficiency.
