- A thorough knowledge of contemporary philanthropic/fundraising methods including an ability to utilise modern technologies to market effectively.
- Highly developed computer and word processing skills together with an ability to manage databases
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College.
- Contribute to and implement strategies for a major capital campaign.
- Develop and implement an effective donor management system and donor acknowledgement.
- Procedures to facilitate and enhance donor engagement and ongoing support for the College.
- Identifying, researching and cultivating prospects for increased regular, appeal and major gift giving.
- Co-ordinating the planning and implementation of key cultivation and donor relations events.
- Work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team, the College Advisory Board, and the Foundation to further develop fundraising initiatives.
