- Motivate, support and work in partnership with staff and the leadership team to exceed national quality standards
- Manage the daily operations of the centre
- Have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the implementation of the National Law and National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), assessment and quality rating process and National Learning Frameworks including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Creating and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders, families and the local community
- Ensuring a high occupancy is maintained through marketing and community connections, in line with company values, and philosophy
- Permanent full-time role within an established organisation offering potential to works towards higher management positions such as Area Manager/Quality Advisor

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Experience in a management or leadership position
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first-aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
