  • $85,000 + super
  • Open to Working Holiday Visa holders | Sponsorship considered | 6-month minimum contract

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment administration including job ads, application screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination
  • Serve as the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring an efficient and engaging recruitment experience
  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build high-quality talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and uphold compliance across all recruitment activities
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and time-to-hire
