- Lead the assessment of Mercer Super’s risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk culture.
- Design and implement a tailored risk and compliance training program to address capability gaps across Mercer Super and its related entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk culture initiatives.
- Champion a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
- Support the development of managers within the Risk and Compliance team through guidance and training.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
- Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with the development and rollout of risk training and culture programs.
- Proficient in performing risk culture assessments and developing uplift action plans.
- Ability to build rapport with senior leaders and foster positive cross-team relationships.
