Access theWhat you'll do
  • Prioritise and coordinate all administrative and business support relevant to the operation of a large warehouse and distribution centre.
  • Use a wide range of standard Queensland Health operating systems to assist in the process of financial, human resource, travel and procurement requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain team documentation, including process guides, checklists, training records, and version-controlled documents.
  • Provide research and project assistance, including the preparation of reports as required by senior management.
  • Prepare financial and human resource reports in formats that assist decision-making and meet the needs of senior staff within the branch/division.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff by supporting system access, coordinating training, and maintaining compliance and competency records.
About youWe are searching for someone who has:
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with officers at all levels with integrity, tact, ethical conduct, confidentiality and ensuring client interest.
  • Demonstrated high standard and experience of administrative support skills including, knowledge of departmental financial and administrative processes and reporting requirements, and information systems relevant to the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work cooperatively, effectively and collaboratively within a team environment; to work autonomously and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers; and to meet deadlines and establish work priorities to maximise efficiency, work output and the changing needs of the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver work of a high quality, validity and accuracy to achieve team outcomes.
