My client is seeking a Service Account Executive to join their team in Brisbane! The right candidate will have a strong HVAC background with proven leadership qualities.Requirements:

Trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
Prior leadership and supervision experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving and customer service focus.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and administration functions.
Working knowledge of WH&S regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage authorized service centers, ensuring compliance and performance.
Provide technical support and training to service centers.
Coordinate service calls and handle administration tasks.
Oversee on-site operations and safety compliance.
Foster positive employee and customer relations.

Qualifications:

Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
