As a Mobile Banker, you’ll be on the move in your Beyond Bank branded out—meeting customers where it suits them best, from the sun-soaked shores of the Northern Beaches to the vibrant streets of the Inner West and the stylish enclaves of the Eastern Suburbs. You’ll be the face of our business, delivering tailored financial solutions with a personal touch.In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture strong networks across greater Sydney, uncovering new opportunities in dynamic local communities.
- Drive home lending growth in key regions like the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, and Inner West.
- Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
- Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to truly understand and meet customer needs.
- Deliver bespoke lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.
- Play a key role in driving business success in your designated region.
- Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
- Home lending experience
- High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
- Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
- The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
- Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
- Strong Lending experience is highly desirable
