- Increase ranging within your relevant territory, in line with KPI targets
- MSO management of local groups
- Sell and execute NPD ranging as per the KPI targets set out
- Sell and execute off location displays to increase brand presence and drive sales in your territory
- Drive seasonal sales by selling in over and above volume deals
- Effectively manage your store list and store visit frequencies in line with Client Program expectations
- Manage store compliance by ensuring that agreed ranging is as per head office agreement and planogram specifications
- Report all activities conducted with store visit on a daily basis, utilizing our inhouse field reporting system
- Escalate non-compliance to agreed ranging/promotional activity
- Report on competitor activity/new products found in store
- Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
- You must be an influencer to be able to drive positive outcomes
- Must have previous experience in independent grocery, multi-site operator and banner groups
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
- The ability to interpreted basic sales data to formulate store specific sales plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution orientated
- Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- The ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
- A confident, highly organised person with a ‘can do’ attitude
