- Lead development of training needs analysis and associated manual
- Establish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
- Oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
- Create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
- Implement 3-month compliance and training check process
- Establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review
- Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment.
- Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs and compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation
