Customer Onboarding Coordinator (12 month FTC)

- Identify and deliver opportunities for continuous improvement in workflow.
- Engage with SMEs and stakeholders across Onboarding and across the business to support customer administration and workflow.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Compile administrative reporting as requested.
- Support with Salesforce, ZenDesk and Asana data maintenance and reporting.
- End-to-end project administration across the customer Onboarding lifecycle.
- Support Team and broader business stakeholder queries with regards to customer projects.
- Work with confidence across the Onboarding Team techstack; Slack, Salesforce, ZenDesk, Asana, Zoom and Calendly.
- Configure and manage Calendly workflows for the Onboarding Team.
- Action customer access requests.
- Maintain data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) to ensure it is accurate and current
- 1 year minimum experience in a tech/SaaS business in an operational admin capacity.
- Previous experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementations, Experience, Success, and/or Support is a bonus!
- The ideal candidate will be truly passionate about helping internal teams.
- Proven and consistent success within a high-volume and high-velocity environment.
- A track record of achieving targets & KPIs.
- Passionate, ambitious, driven and a growth mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a complex, high-growth SaaS or tech organisation.
- Ensure that issues are swiftly resolved.
- Able to work with multiple and conflicting priorities.
- Self motivated and comfortable moving between autonomous and collaborative working.
