The purpose of the role is to ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Site Supervisor, to work with a high performance team and coordinate security services on site.Your key Activities include and not limited to:Providing day to day supervision of guard force on site.Ensuring all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy.Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actionsOversight of and responsible for quality control and contract complianceActing as a point of contact between client liaison and the MSS operations teamKnowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all security related equipment.About you:This role is perfect for a seasoned Security personnel adept at leading teams and ensuring quality services.
