- Provide day-to-day administrative support to two Partners.
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
- Draft routine correspondence, client emails, and internal memos.
- Prepare client engagement packs, update client databases, and maintain records in compliance with firm policies.
- Assist in billing processes: generate draft bills, track WIP, and liaise with accounts for follow-ups.
- Monitor email inboxes and flag critical tasks for assigned staff.
- Assist in the organisation of team events or training sessions.
- Manage client files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare and issue client correspondence including engagement letters and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with partners, accountants, and other departments to coordinate client service delivery.
- Maintain and update client records and CRM systems.
