- Manage and service a $600k portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships with a focus on retention and service excellence
- Oversee renewals, endorsements, new business quotes, and policy documentation
- Liaise with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients
- Collaborate with your AAE and support team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processing
- 4+ years’ broking experience in commercial or mid-market insurance
- Tier 1 qualification (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction
