Job DescriptionThe Business and Office Support division at EGM is extremely busy , we are looking for immediately available office support professionals to fulfil a variety of immediately available positions.If you have experience in the following areas we would love to chat to you:
  • Reception
  • Administration
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Call Centre
About the opportunitiesAs the part of the administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the business and greater team with a variety of administrative tasks. You will be required to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to work on a vast variety of tasks including general administration, data entry, updating client management systems, accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc) and actioning Incoming calls and emails and correspondence.Skills and experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a reception, administration or customer service position
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
You will be a solid all-rounder who can demonstrate exposure to a variety of administration support tasks. You will be driven to achieve, passionate and take pride in your work. You will be adaptable, flexible and like variety.
