- Extracting and processing raw sales data from the Global Sales Reporting system.
- Building and refining Power BI dashboards focused on specific customer contracts, overall business sales, rebates, and KPIs for Strategic Accounts.
- Crafting PowerPoint presentation slides for internal stakeholders and their teams to provide a clear understanding of the commercial performance of their business.
- Developing PowerPoint presentation slides for external C-Suite customers, utilising graphs, trends, insights, and opportunity modelling to drive business performance in the ANZ region.
- Collaborating across various departments and systems, including Finance, Customer Service, and Sales teams, to identify and rectify errors in sales results.
- Implementing continuous process improvement and standardisation to enhance day-to-day operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience in business analytics within medtech/pharma, life sciences or FMCG industries, with a minimum 2 years related experience with business intelligence technology such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Minimum 2 years related experience with CRM technology such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrable experience in deciphering and communicating insights from multiple data sources across several commercial functions, and project management experience, with ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders.
- You must have a university degree, preferably in business, marketing or a related area.
