We're seeking a passionate and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a forward-thinking IT team supporting mission-critical systems and infrastructure across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.About the RoleAs an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure in a dynamic and regulated environment. You'll work across on-prem and cloud platforms, contribute to major transformation projects, and provide third-line support for complex issues.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across regions, and driving improvements in IT infrastructure operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, monitor, and improve enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).Manage and support cloud and hybrid environments (Azure preferred).Contribute to system upgrades, patching, and security hardening.Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.Implement infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, etc.).Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors on projects and escalated issues.Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and risk management standards.Tech Stack & ExperienceWe're looking for someone with strong experience in:Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS), Azure AD, Intune.VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.Enterprise backup, monitoring, and security tools.Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.).ITIL framework knowledge and experience in professional services environments is a plus.About You4+ years' experience in a similar Infrastructure or Systems Engineer role.Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.Excellent communication skills and a client-service approach.Why Join Us?Work in a global, fast-paced legal environment where technology plays a strategic role.Be part of major transformation initiatives and tech upgrades.Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.Competitive salary and benefits package.Diverse and inclusive workplace culture.If this is of interest get in touch with an up to date CV -
