- Permanent Full Time position - 76 hours per fortnight

- Supporting the sales team with preparing and managing sales contracts, legal and financial documentation relating to Retirement Living Units
- Contributing to key strategic plans of the Retirement Living business through administrative policy and process design, ensuring effective controls and compliance
- Liaising with stakeholders such as conveyances, families & internal SCC departments for both incoming and outgoing residents
- Receipting all incoming deposits and settlement funds
- Providing Administration support to the Retirement Living team
- Supporting and participating in Accreditation requirements
- A tertiary qualification in areas of Property / Law / Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or similar as well as practical experience in field of study
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers
- Ability to efficiently respond to customer needs and manage expectations
- High Level communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Advanced skills in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Access, CIM and CRM (or Microsoft equivalent)
- A working knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role
