
Branch Manager

- Own the branch P&L and drive profitable growth across all customer segments and product categories
- Develop and execute a clear commercial plan to grow revenue, expand market share, and protect margin
- Analyse performance trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Manage pricing strategy, cost control, and sales mix to maximise EBITDA
- Own the state P&L and deliver on revenue and margin targets
- Lead a customer-first sales culture focused on solution selling
- Build and manage strong relationships with major contractors and project partners
- Ensure efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations
- Drive improvements in delivery performance, service levels, and cost efficiency
- Work with supply chain teams to manage stock availability and demand
- Lead by example in safety and compliance
- Maintain and improve safety culture and HSEQ standards across sites
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, commercially minded team
- Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service
- Manage rosters, budgets, and team development using Jaybro Group’s people frameworks
- Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve profitability
- Proven leadership experience in a commercial, operational, or sales-focused role
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and driving growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A safety-first mindset and passion for team development
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries (preferred)
