We're on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at South Australia's biggest rebel store, right in the heart of Westfield Marion, the state's largest shopping centre!This role has opened up thanks to an exciting internal promotion (we love to grow our people!) and we're now looking for someone with store management or open supervisor/team leader experience who's ready to take the next step. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on motivating a team of 10+, delivers standout customer service, and wants to grow your retail career, this could be your moment.You'll work side-by-side with another awesome Assistant Store Manager, in this dynamic dual role, learning the ropes and building your future.

As an Assistant Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
  • Management /Leadership experience
  • The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
