This role suits a detail-driven procurement professional with a background in stock control, supplier coordination, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, project managers and leadership to ensure purchasing activities run smoothly and support the wider operations team.Key Responsibilities
- Manage national stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Set up and manage SKUs including pricing and categorisation
- Provide stock usage insights to support upcoming projects
- Track and report procurement KPIs (cost control, order accuracy etc.)
- Assist with freight and container shipment optimisation
- Identify and support automation of procurement processes
- 5+ years experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Strong understanding of inventory and purchasing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
- High attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
