About the RoleSuccessful applicants will be employed against a position within People and Culture and may be allocated to support various teams and functions as required. Reporting to your Team Leader, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and timely administrative support across a range of HR activities, contributing to the effective delivery of People and Culture services.This pool offers a valuable entry point into the People and Culture team, with the opportunity to gain broad exposure and experience across different HR disciplines. It is designed to support future career progression within the division, offering pathways into more advanced roles as you develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic, supportive, and people-focused environment.About YouYou're an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You could be a recent graduate, currently studying HR or a related field, or someone with transferable administrative experience looking to move into the HR space.
