Managing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care within a palliative care practice framework.
Acting as a clinical expert and providing professional advice on clinical standards in collaboration with the Nurse Manager Palliative Care.
Leading and supporting the palliative care team in operational management on a shift-by-shift basis.
Participating actively in improvement and research programs aimed at enhancing palliative care services.
Facilitating patient education needs and coordinating relevant educational programmes.
Providing service-based education and training in clinical practice, with a focus on continual professional development.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Advanced nursing practice experience in the palliative care practice setting.
Exceptional planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Strong team leadership and membership qualities.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
