As Senior Procurement Associate, you will play a key role in managing procurement activities across offshore wind projects. You will collaborate with project teams and global stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance, while maintaining compliance with policies and contributing to cost efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end procurement process for offshore wind and renewable energy projects, from supplier identification and prequalification through to contract execution and post-award management.Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring favourable commercial terms, risk mitigation, and alignment with project delivery requirements.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project management, finance, and legal) to prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend sourcing strategies.Maintain and enhance supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations.Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.Provide market intelligence and benchmarking specifically for offshore wind supply chains (foundations, cables, substations, and logistics) to support commercial decisions and strategic planning.About YouBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management, ideally within offshore wind, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value contracts and negotiations.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the confidence to work across multicultural and international teams.In-depth knowledge of offshore wind supply chain dynamics in Australia and/or globally is highly desirable.
