
Sales Executive

- Create targeted advertising schedules across all audio channels, based on briefs received from advertising agencies.
- Grow market share & revenue across your client base.
- Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns.
- Develop and deliver year on year revenue growth to achieve growth
- Develop year on year retention strategies to ensure a minimum of percentage of your customers are retained each quarter
- Present weekly pro-active ideas and strategies to generate new business in your assigned agency group/territory
- Lead, manage and mentor a Sales Coordinator.
- Demonstrated experience within radio sales
- The ability to present to agency groups and construct excellent proposals, schedules supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals
- An appreciation of the market trading conditions and ability to negotiate trading discounts on casual business in conjunction with the Group Business Manager
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook and or Gmail, Excel, Power Point
