- Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims.
- Coordinate motor repair schedules with clients and repairers.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails and respond in a timely manner.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks, relating to people or client related initiatives.
- Please note, this is a Coffs Harbour based role. Only candidates currently located in Coffs Harbour will be considered.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre role (essential)
- An understanding of general insurance and previous experience within insurance claims (highly desirable)
- Experienced and comfortable in communicating over the phone and via emails
- Self-starter who is able to prioritise with ease
- Care about the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
- Always seek to deliver great customer outcomes and can communicate with ease
- Enjoy collaborating with others
- Strong computer skills and able to navigate new processes quickly
