Our motor claims management and assessing solution covers passenger vehicles, trucks, machinery, caravans, motorcycles and motor liability claims.The Opportunity

Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims.
Coordinate motor repair schedules with clients and repairers.
Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails and respond in a timely manner.

Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks, relating to people or client related initiatives.
Please note, this is a Coffs Harbour based role. Only candidates currently located in Coffs Harbour will be considered.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre role (essential)
An understanding of general insurance and previous experience within insurance claims (highly desirable)
Experienced and comfortable in communicating over the phone and via emails
Self-starter who is able to prioritise with ease
Care about the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
Always seek to deliver great customer outcomes and can communicate with ease
Enjoy collaborating with others
Strong computer skills and able to navigate new processes quickly
