
Graduate Total Account Manager - Scientific Sales; South Australia and Western Australia

- Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes
- Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals
- Sales of Analytical instruments, consumables and service contracts.
- Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools (training will be provided)
