Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.In this role, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Follow safety, logistics, inventory, and regulatory policies.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock placement, receiving inbound deliveries, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound orders, while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  • Operate a forklift for the best part of the role — valid forklift licence and experience required
  • Lift and move products as required (manual handling involved).
  • Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
  • Perform data entry, respond to phone enquiries, and assist with online order processing when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with three shift options available: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.About you:
  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
  • Computer literacy is desirable.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
