
Sales Coordinator - Fixed Term

- Receive, quote and review hardware requests, liaise with external suppliers and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity
- Identify sales leads and escalating them to Business Development Managers
- As a skilled specialist, this position completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
- Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer database
- Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documents
- Receive, handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/services
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence
- Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
- Promote a positive culture within the team
- Sound IT hardware product and services knowledge
- Excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills
- Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed with good organisational skills
- A team player and also have the ability to work independently
