We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Hive Staff Dining Room team as a Supervisor.The role of the Staff Dining Room Supervisor is required to assist in the day-to-day operations in order to ensure the effective supervision of the team and to maintain our food offerings, presentation and cleanliness standards.The outlet is busy catering to the needs of the Crown Perth staff operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week with approximately 2500 meals provided daily.The supervisor is required to ensure adequate management and to oversee that the day-to-day tasks and duties are being fulfilled for the continued success of maintaining the OHS and food quality standards.The Supervisor will be responsible for:

Assisting in maintaining a strong team-based culture in the outlet
Have a hands-on approach to overseeing the areas that fall under the FOH operation including the team and the food service line, ensuring presentation, food quality and service standards are maintained
Assisting in maintaining a safe work environment
Ensuring the timeliness and quality of all food
Ensuring stock is available and maintained accordingly

Job DescriptionAdditional InformationThis role requires:

Have 24/7 availability
Have the ability to work a rotational roster including mornings afternoons and overnight shifts
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a customer facing role
Experience within a fast-paced environment
Sound written and verbal communication skills
