Apply your experience within vehicle repairs withi a fantastic company offering excellent salary, development and growth opportunities.This role is a full time permanent position based in either Altona or Sunshine.Your Responsibilities

Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine the most cost effective and appropriate repair methods.
Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.
Write assessment reports, negotiating scope and cost of vehicle repairs with repairers.
Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others.

Location: Based in either Altona or Sunshine, however travel within the surrounding western suburbs is required - fully maintained car provided.Working from Home: This role requires you to visit vehicles on-site, however if you have finished your onsite work you can complete your administrative work from home.Your Skills & Experience

5+ years experience post apprenticeship as a panel beater, spray painter, or mechanic.
Experience with quoting is strongly preferred.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Broad understanding of insurance claims and processes is a plus.
Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Must have a Full Drivers License and be willing to undergo a police check.
