Preparing and processing batches to exact specifications under GMP standards
Sanitising and setting up the right equipment for each job
Checking and verifying materials before use – no surprises, no shortcuts
Staying ahead by pre-checking jobs and planning your workflow
Keeping a clean, compliant work area
Accurately completing all paperwork and production records
Working closely with leadership to keep schedules on track
Monitoring expiry dates and escalating any concerns

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in blending, batching, or compounding
Background in GMP or ISO-regulated environments
Current forklift licence and high school certificate
A sharp eye for detail, solid communication, and a team-first attitude
Someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to hit the ground running
