challenges and ensure the seamless flow of essential tasks.Position Description:As a Customer Care Centre Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our call centre team with essential administrative tasks. This includes
handling returned accounts, managing the notifications queue, and addressing payment arrangement inquiries. While the primary focus is on
administrative responsibilities, there may be instances requiring outbound calling to clients.Responsibilities
- Assist in admin tasks typically handled between calls by the call centre team.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients when necessary.
- Perform data entry, address searches, and manage payment arrangements and notifications.
- Experience in similar administrative roles, data processing, or customer-focused positions (call centre, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong customer service focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to the team.
- Capability to maintain high-quality work under pressure with accurate data entry skills.
- Highly developed computer skills, including experience with desktop applications and databases.

Assignment Dates & Duration: 3 to 6 months - Start date 19 February 2024
Capacity: Full-time - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - In the office
